Janine attended Unite the Union’s Neurodiversity in Construction event as part of Neurodiversity Week 2026.

Janine’s presentation was excellent, full of detail and gave us all food for thought.

Really well delivered and allowed for group participation throughout.

The attention to detail gave us a real insight into lived experience, what we should be asking of our reps and what we should be demanding of employers.

Highly recommend Janine and Red In The Spectrum, we all learned something new today.

We will definitely use Janine again.
